Online Payment For Your Convenience
Kuching motorists’ can now purchase credits effective 21st March 2016 at all 33 KCPS parking coupon booth to pay for their over-parking notices and compounds online, 24/7 by downloading KCPS mobile apps or using the web at online.kcps.com.my. Purchase of credits using credit cards and online banking are available through the web at online.kcps.com.my only. There will be a convenience charge of 3% by a third party payment gateway for those using credit card or online banking to purchase credits.
Motorists can purchase credits as little as RM5.00, RM10.00 and so forth at all KCPS parking booths and the system will generate a receipt with a 16 digits number. The motorist will then use the mobile apps or the web to register one time only with their email and a log-in password. After log in, motorists’ go to the reload screen to reload the credits with the 16 digits provided in the receipt to start making payments online. For those using credit card or online banking, credits will be auto reloaded into their account.

Apply New Season Parking Ticket
You will have to come to KCPS office at Lot 9687, Grd., 1st and 3rd Flr, Jln. Datuk Abg, Abdul Rahim, 93450 Kuching, Sarawak.
Fill in the Monthly Season Parking Application form and submit at the counter, KCPS counter staffs will key in the necessary data and you will be issued the Season Parking Ticket in less than 3 minutes.
Monthly Season Parking Tickets is sold at RM42.40 inclusive of 6% GST. Half monthly season parking tickets is sold on the 15th of the month at RM21.20. Those who has purchased the full month season parking tickets can also ask for refund of RM21.20 on the 15th of the month before 12.00 PM.
For Renewal of Monthly Season Parking, it is not necessary to fill in the Season Parking Application form again, just write down or tell our counter staffs your vehicle number as our servers has your records.
Transfer Season Parking Ticket
You can transfer your season parking ticket when there is a change of car park and or vehicle.
There will be a transfer charge fee of RM5.00 with the issuance of a new season parking ticket.
The approval of transfer is subject to the availability of the parking lot.
Lost Season Parking Ticket
If you lost your season parking ticket, you will be charge RM10.00 when you request for a new one.

PLEASE TAKE NOTE THAT IT IS AN OFFENCE COMPOUNDABLE UNDER ARTICLE 10(1) OF THE ROAD TRANSPORT ACT TO DISPLAY PARKING COUPONS WITHOUT SCRATCH OFF COMPLETELY THE 5 RELEVANT TABS, THE YEAR, MONTH, DATE AND, TIME OF COMMENCEMENT OF THE PARKING OF THE SAID VEHICLE AND OTHER PARTICULARS INDICATED.
KUCHING CITY PARKING SYSTEMS SDN. BHD. (KCPS) PARKING WARDENS ARE INSTRUCTED AS FROM ONE(1) WEEK FROM THE DATE OF THIS PUBLICATION TO ISSUE SUMMONS UNDER ARTICLE 10(1) OF THE ROAD TRANSPORT ACT TO MOTORISTS’ DISPLAYING UNSCRATCH PARKING COUPONS ON THEIR VEHICLES AS SHOWN BELOW.
